The Department of CSE – Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (CSE-AIML) at BONAM VENKATA CHALAMAYYA ENGINEERING COLLEGE focuses on the science and engineering of developing intelligent machines and computer programs. CSE-AIML is an interdisciplinary field that creates a comprehensive ecosystem and finds applications in various sectors of the technical industry, academia, and research. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are driving the future of technology, revolutionizing the world at an unprecedented pace. The primary objective of this course is to train students in the latest advancements in intelligence and analytics generated by machines, influencing human lives, improving efficiencies, and augmenting human capabilities. The CSE-AIML branch was introduced at BONAM VENKATA CHALAMAYYA ENGINEERING COLLEGE in the academic year 2020-21, with an intake capacity of 66 students. The branch aims to develop students’ fundamental understanding of problem-solving, knowledge representation, reasoning, and learning methods in Artificial Intelligence. The course empowers students to develop their skill set in intelligent data analysis, which is a key component in emerging Machine Learning careers within the IT field. Machine Learning plays a major role in AI, training computer systems to understand and replicate human behavior by identifying patterns in data. Machine Learning serves as the crucial link that connects AI and its outcomes, providing solutions to specific problems. The department places significant emphasis on research, design, and development of cutting-edge technologies in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics.
